Christy Hemme is an American wrestler, actress, model and singer who began her career by joining the burlesque dance team “The Purrfect Angelz.” Christy Hemme later performed at motorcycle rallies for Easyrider and Harley-Davidson.
Because of her striking good looks and amazing figure, Christy Humme was able to bag modeling projects for print ads and magazines, including that of Maxim, Rolling Stone, Stuff and Playboy. Christy Hemme also appeared on the music videos “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” and “Chrome” by Trace Adkins and some of the videos by the bands Blink-182 and Sonic. Soon after, Christy Hemme became an image model for AT&T, TrimSpa, and Hawaiian Tropic. Her face also served as the logo of the Bench Warmer trading cards for the past few years.
As an actress, Christy Hemme became part of Comedy Central’s “The Man Show” in 2003. Christy Hemme later participated in the 2004 Lingerie Bowl, and served as a quarterback for the Chicago Bliss Lingerie Football League team in the Lingerie Bowl of 2006.
Christy Hemme gained widespread fame as a female wrestler. She participated in the WWE “Diva Search” in 2004, in which she later won. Not long after, Christy Hemme began her career as a member of the “WWE Raw” roster. Christy Hemme faced already established WWE female wrestlers such as Carmella DeCesare, Trish Stratus, Victoria and Melina. Christy Hemme also joined the WWE alliance Legion of Doom to defeat other teams during their matches at Wrestlemania.
Since 2006, Christy Hemme is in a signed contract with the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. Christy Hemme made her debut on TNA’s “Lockdown,” and this was followed by a hosting job in the show “Impact!” Christy Hemme later became a co-host for the internet show “TNA Global Impact.”
Aside from WWE and TNA, Christy Hemme also participated in independent wrestling matches such as the “Queens of Chaos” shows held in Paris, France, “Heavy on Wrestling” in Superior, Wisconsin and “Women Superstars Uncensored.”
Christy Hemme is also a singer. She sang the song “Society Box” for TNA’s music release, “3rd Degree Burns.” Christy Hemme is also the lead singer for the band HMME. At present, the band has released five songs which are available for streaming in their MySpace profile, namely: “In This Moment,” “Visit Me Mom,” “Dear You,” “Dirty” and “Shine.” She also has her own song, “Don’t Give Up” which can be found in her own MySpace page. The HEMME EP entitled “Where are You” is now ready for download on iTunes.
In 2006, Christy Hemme took part in the wrestling documentary “Bloodstained Memoirs.”
